I created a method for muscular bulletproofing curriculum called the Vibranium Method which we will explore through class. It’s inspired by Black Panther and has 7 steps to a resilient body using the acronym TCHALLA: TESTING the Injury or Weakness COMFORTING the Muscles — myofascial release & breathing techniques HOT N COLD Hydration for the Muscles - understanding blood circulation and staying hydrated with electrolytes ACTIVATE Weaker Muscles - strength and balance exercises to wake up and activate muscles LIBERATE Range of Motion - joint strength and mobility exercises LENGTHEN Stronger Muscles - light flexibility to relieve over active muscles ACCELERATE Training - try out harder skills like kicks, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges
Coach Eurico is a highly trained movement professional that has been Tricking for 9 years, practicing Capoeira for 12 years, Parkour for 7 years, and coaching different styles of movement and academics for over 10 years. Coach Eurico has also worked professionally as Spider-Man and Wolverine in Marvel Universe LIVE touring stunt show. During this time, Coach Eurico has battled injuries and learned the art of physical therapy for its practical use of healing the body.
I always encourage learners to train and practice outside of class, but it is not required.
