Description
Class Experience
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Because this is a stretching class, a gentle warm-up is included and students are always encouraged to only work within their capabilities to minimize any inadvertent injury. Students should have access to water and wear moveable clothing (no jeans or restrictive clothes). A yoga mat is encouraged, but not necessary for floor work, also please make sure there is adequate floor space to allow for movement.
