Description

Class Experience

Students will increase strength and flexibility while connecting with their breath and mindfulness for optimal coordination, power, and performance for dancers. 
No homework will be assigned for this class, however it is recommended to stay active and practice the movement learned in our time together for further advancement.
Materials:
- Comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in
- Socks or bare feet
- Exercise mat (such as a yoga mat) 
- Water bottle 
- Notebook and pen
If the student desires further assessment outside of class time, please direct any questions to me following class.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please contact me in advance if you have any health or safety concerns for your learner. In this class we will move at a moderate pace together, monitoring our physical activity safely. Please make sure you have sufficient space to move in safely before you begin class. I suggest an exercise or yoga mat for all of our floor stretching in this class.
