Description

Class Experience

- Students will gain body awareness
- Students will improve flexibility and strength
- Students will have fun with peers 
- Students will exercise their bodies and their minds
Students should have a yoga or Pilates mat available if they own one. If not, a towel or gentle surface will be sufficient. Students should also wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and allows full range of movement.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
