Description
Class Experience
Regular stretching will help increase your flexibility, which is so important for your overall health. It will increase and help your range of motions, which gives you so much more freedom of movement! This class will look like this
Yoga mat or a soft surface, water bottle and towel.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please have a safe space with no obstacles in the way. (coffee tables, breakable valuables, etc.) Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your child to practice on.
