Class Experience

Beginner - Advanced Level
This Stretch and Flexibility Class is perfect for acrobats, dancers, gymnasts, ice skaters, cheerleaders, and other athletes interested in improving their flexibility. This class also caters to those with busy schedules, that do not fit into the current time offerings for live class meetings, or who simply do not prefer to take live classes. Self-Paced classes allow students to take class anytime of the day or night, at the most convenient time for their schedules.

The class will focus on increasing flexibility, and learning to perform common stretches safely, and with good technique.

Lesson Overview:
All lessons will be approximately between 25 and 30 minutes long, and will cover stretches for each part of the body. When possible, each stretch will include variations ranging from easier, to more difficult. This is put in place in order to challenge students, and cater to a wide range of flexibility levels.

Each week, students will be given a list of stretches + a stretch challenge to work on outside of class. This will help to grow their flexibility quicker, and more effectively.

Athletes are always encouraged to post videos and pictures in our classroom page to showcase their progress and accomplishments. Learners are always welcome to message me for feedback on any given stretch they are looking to improve.
