Students will learn several ways to channel their energy and fall in love with yoga, stretching, and exercise.
As a professional dancer and athlete, yoga and stretching play a huge part in my health and well-being. I have taught these topics to both adults and children for many years and feel it would translate perfectly to the Outschool platform. Aside from training extensively in dance, I have spent significant time being trained and acting as a youth educator and have a passion for teaching little ones. This combined with my knowledge of physical therapy will ensure students stay safe while having a great time.
Yoga mats are suggested but not required. Please wear comfortable clothes and have water close by!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance is always suggested for any form of physical activity, but it is not mandatory for this class. Please make sure your students have plenty of room to move and that they won't injure themselves with anything near by. This class is done best with no shoes. Water is always suggested for physical activity. If your student has any form of injury, please inform me prior to class.
