Description
Class Experience
Students will get a great work out, learn yoga poses and sequences.
I am Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, Yoga Instructor and addition to it I have been working out constantly.
Work out clothes, Water bottle, Yoga mat.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Your child should have enough space to move around safely. Please make sure they have comfortable clothes, sneakers on and a water bottle. Bring a Yoga mat.
