Description

Class Experience

Students will continually increase their flexibility to assist in building gymnastics and cheerleading skills safely.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
As safety is of upmost importance in this class, parental guidance is highly recommended. If not properly supervised, the student risks sustaining injury during stretching.

Learns should maintain sufficient space for stretching, free of any dangerous tables, corners, ledges, or other items. If practicing on a hard floor, a yoga mat or soft surface is needed for increased safety, and comfortability.

Students should also bring a water bottle for proper hydration.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you decide to allow your child to engage in this class, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to your child, and agree to release and discharge the teacher (Madison Suttles) from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of this class.
