Class Experience

Students will:
-Improve ability to articulate goals (large and small scale) for their lives
-Increase knowledge of goal setting strategies
-Increase mobility
-Increase knowledge of proper stretching techniques
I have a Master's degree in Counseling and 10+ years of working with children, adolescents, and families regarding sensitive subjects. I also have 30+ years of dance and movement training and personal experience. 
Water bottle, yoga mat/rug, and comfortable clothing are encouraged.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents are asked to provide a safe, clutter free environment for learners to move in during class. As with any movement class, parents are responsible for ensuring safety standards are met in the learning area. Teacher will review recommendations and guidelines at start of each class.
