Class Experience

In each session you will learn:
1. Effective Time Management and Planning for fun and relaxation
2. Mindfulness Exercises for Overwhelm
3. What is intentional self-care
4. How to make self-care a part of your daily routine. 
You will be asked to reflect on your learning with weekly journaling and you will be able to implement what you learn in activities you can do in between classes. 
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
