Description
Class Experience
In this class you will learn to manage the stress you may experiencing while you are taking classes online. You will learn tools to help you manage your time and feel more in control of your to do list and you will also learn to offer yourself some powerful self-care and recognize when you need it most. Our class will meet live once a week for 4 week and in between classes you will have exercises to help you make small changes in your daily life to help you relieve stress, get adequate...
In each session you will learn: 1. Effective Time Management and Planning for fun and relaxation 2. Mindfulness Exercises for Overwhelm 3. What is intentional self-care 4. How to make self-care a part of your daily routine.
You will be asked to reflect on your learning with weekly journaling and you will be able to implement what you learn in activities you can do in between classes.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
