Class Experience

I am a professional trainer and youth leader bringing work/life balance programs to corporations, governmental agencies, medical facilities, not-for-profit organizations, churches and educational institution, and my most popular classes are the stress management seminars.  In teaching parents how to manage their stress we have found that there is also the need for children to learn how to manage their stress, which at times may actually be greater than that of their parents.  With school shootings, suicides, bullying, bombardment from social media and TV, children need to learn how to combat the pressures that now seem to have become normal in their lives and regain their sense of peace and joy.   
Participation guide will be provided to all students
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
