I am an experienced instructor, successfully providing seminars, training, and consultations for over 25 years in the areas that encompass physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I have created custom-tailored curricula for programs that focus on such topics as health and wellness, stress and anxiety management, building strong interpersonal relationships, mindfulness, goal setting, and visualization for corporations, governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations, churches and educational institutions. . Additionally, I have over a decade of working hands-on with youth, have planned, executed, and coordinated youth-based activities, and led weekly youth meetings and organized missionary projects and camp meeting. These seminar were created with the current needs of our children in mind. With school shootings, suicides, bullying, bombardment from social media and TV, children need to learn how to combat the pressures that now seem to have become normal in their lives and regain their sense of peace and joy. In these seminars your children will learn stress managements tools and techniques that will benefit them beyond middle and high school. These tools and techniques will be invaluable and applicable through all stages of their lives.
Students will need a journal for the journaling exercises, and a notebook for notes.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
