Lesson 2:
Environment & Routines
Kids learn how clutter, noise, and chaotic routines can increase stress and anxiety. We redesign small parts of their space or schedule—like their room or morning routine—to feel calmer and more intentional. Their new environment will support emotional regulation, motivation, and the goals they set in Week 1, creating lasting habits that reduce daily overwhelm.
