Strengthening and Conditioning Workout-12 Weeks FLEX
Each week there will be a 30 minute fitness workout with a 5 minute warm up, 5 minute cool down, and lots of movement. Students will get to engage in a different workout each week! Come ready to have a fun high-intensity workout!!

Description
Class Experience
The goal of this will be to get more active and strengthen your muscles. Great for students already in sports who are wanting to get a little stronger or just someone who wants to stay active throughout the week.
I like to check in with the athletes to make sure it is hard enough but not too hard as well as not too hard. We have a few weeks that students get to choose what part of the body the strengthening will focus on.
No live meetings, and no time outside of class.
These are workouts and are meant to be challenging, but at any point, it gets too hard to make sure the child stops and does not go above their own abilities. That being said, with each activity there will be a way to make it easier or harder!
Make sure there is enough room for the child to safely move his/her body. Keep a water body near by!
