Strength, Conditioning, & Cardio Fitness Workout

In this course, we will do strength exercises for arms, legs, and abs. We will start with a five-minute warm-up and stretching, then we will do thirty minutes of strength training or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and end with a five minute cool down. With my style of teaching, I like to actively do the entire workout with the group of students I am working with so that they will not only be more motivated to do it but also be more excited to continue. Students will be interacting the entire time! With that being said, students need to know that they need an open space with room to move around as well as a water bottle!
Learning Goals
The goal of this will be to get more active and strength your muscles. Great for students already in sports who are wanting to get a little stronger or just someone who wants to stay active throughout the week.

Parental Guidance
Make sure that the student has the room to move and has a water bottle ready when needed.
Supply List
Five pound hand weights can be helpful but are not required!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
