Strength, Conditioning, & Cardio Fitness Workout
Miss Karly- Level 10 Gymnast
Each week there will be a 30 minute fitness workout with a 5 minute warm up, 5 minute cool down, and lots of movement. Students will get to engage in a different workout each week! Come ready to have a fun high-intensity workout!!
In this course, we will do strength exercises for arms, legs, and abs. We will start with a five-minute warm-up and stretching, then we will do thirty minutes of strength training or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and end with a five minute cool down. With my style of teaching, I like to actively do the entire workout with the group of students I am working with so that they will not only be more motivated to do it but also be more excited to continue. The goal of this will be to get more active and strength your muscles. Great for students already in sports who are wanting to get a little stronger or just someone who wants to stay active throughout the week.
Five pound hand weights can be helpful but are not required!
Make sure that the student has the room to move and has a water bottle ready when needed.

Hi, my name is Karly and I am a newly retired competitive gymnast who loves to work out and keep a healthy lifestyle. I will be doing stretching classes and beginner gymnastics classes that you can do right from your living room!
