In this ongoing course, we focus on building strength and flexibility for skills used in gymnastics and cheerleading.

Class experience

Students will improve their strength and flexibility for sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance.
Students should have an area free of obstacles to practice class.  Students should have a soft area to practice. (A gymnastics mat, yoga mat, or a soft rug. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Note: Parent supervision is highly encouraged to maintain a safe environment.
