This ongoing course meets twice a week to work on increasing strength and flexibility. Feel free to come and go as you please. It is important to work on flexibility and strength training to maintain proper form in gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading. This class is ideal for students who are interested in gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading. This class can be taken by students who are beginners to advanced. Students will improve their strength and flexibility for sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance.
Students should have an area free of obstacles to practice class. Students should have a soft area to practice. (A gymnastics mat, yoga mat, or a soft rug.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Note: Parent supervision is highly encouraged to maintain a safe environment.
