The class will start with a basic warm up, moving straight into us getting our bodies moving with dance moves. This is a follow along class, so as we complete dance moves to get our bodies moving, it will be building up choreography for a complete dance. A small knowledge of dance would be great but all you need is a can-do attitude! We will have fun getting active and learning choreography without realising it! Parental Guidance
This class requires an open space for the learner to be able to move around.
Sneakers (trainers) are recommend especially the learner is completing the class on a hard floor. Make sure the floor area is clear of any loose items they may slip or trip on. This is a physical class and although the moves we learn today are relatively easy, it is recommended a parent be close by incase of an accident while moving and dancing.
It is recommended to have a drinks bottle near by.
