Description

Class Experience

In this class, we are going to delve into the very first episode of Stranger Things, "The Vanishing of Will Byers".  Using the script from the episode, we will share opinions on the events as they occurred. Learners will be provided a list of questions to review, prior to the class, as well as a copy of the script. Learners are encouraged to watch the first episode, prior to class. This will ensure the answers to the questions are as accurate as their memory will allow. This is a fun class,...

Students will learn skills that allow for active observing of television. What's the motive? What's the next move? They will then learn to exchange ideas, theories, and opinions in a respectful and courteous fashion during the discussion in class.  This will be a class filled with some passionate fans. As I am one myself, I'm excited to be joining these students in these discussions.

Students are encouraged, but not required to watch the episode prior to class.  A list of questions will be provided, if the student would like, they have the opportunity to write their answers as they watch the class.  The

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
