Spring is in the air! Come learn some yoga poses and act out a story about spring with me! In this class, children will be actively participating the entire lesson. Yoga teaches children confidence, patience, calming techniques, and enhances healthy habits. Yoga is a great skill for children to learn as it is a tool they can use into adulthood to live happier and healthier lives. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel. It is a good idea to bring a water bottle as well. See you on the mat! Namaste!

Parental Guidance
Whenever students are involved in a physical fitness routine, there are potential hazards as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised. Learners will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand. Thank you.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to class. Please make sure your child has ample room to move during our lesson. Also, it is always a great idea to have a water bottle handy when doing any sort of physical activity. Thank you!
