Class Experience
Learning to read opens up so many possibilities for our young students. As an avid reader, I enjoy many fun adventures while immersed in a good book. I would like to share this skill with your young students. In this one time class, we will enjoy a story read aloud in class. As I read the story to the students, I will introduce some sight words. Sight words are words that a student will see often and learn to recognize on sight. The goal is to be able to recognize the sight word quickly...
Students will learn to recognize early sight words.
There will be no homework assigned for this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There will be no assessment for this class.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
