In this class, kids are taught to engage with stories in a fun and interactive way, sparking their creativity and enhancing their listening and comprehension skills. Weโll explore exciting topics like story themes, characters, and imaginative problem-solving through a lively book reading followed by a related craft. The class is structured into three parts: an engaging story read-aloud, interactive discussions where kids can share their thoughts, and an arts and crafts activity to bring the story to life. I use an encouraging teaching style, asking questions and supporting kids to participate throughout. My approach is fun and relaxed, designed to inspire confidence, curiosity, and creativity!

Supply List
Students will need construction paper (color of choice), colors, or markers. Optional: Students may bring other craft items, such as stick-on googly eyes or stickers. We will not use glue or scissors for this craft.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
