Storytelling and Improvisation: Let's Write a Book!
Together we will play storytelling games, do improvisation exercises and create our own book which can be epublished by Kindle! For a young writer this is a great beginning.

Beginner - Intermediate Level
Together we will learn the elements that make up good storytelling (which impacts writing and thinking skills) and we will learn how to improvise around stories to enhance the plot, create new characters and stop nerves from creating writers block. I am an interactive teacher so we will have class participation and fun homework where they can wrote about what they want and bring it into class. We will use games, exercises, reading aloud, writing games and talks about how a story is made and how books are made.

Lesson 2:
How to make a better story! (October 4)
You will learn how to play and improvise to help your storytelling. We will learn about tools to create characters, help our brains get through when we are stuck and we will create a class story! 55 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
What is your story about? (October 11)
We will decide what each students story will be about and what types of 'signposts' to aim for to help you in your writing journey. 55 mins online live lesson

We will keep a good eye on content at all times, even spooky content, as these stories are created.
