Understanding a book can make a book come alive. In this class, you will understand characters and what makes them stand out, what makes a good writer, and how we can learn from great writers to create amazing stories of our own.

In this class, students will learn how characters come alive through stories. We discuss what makes a good character and then take a look how certain writers have come up with creative characters. In this class, students will be taught to see beyond a book character and be encouraged in the class to see how we can change a story to make it our own.
