Learners will love Wolfie the Bunny and his family! Dot is so worried that her new brother may EAT HER! You will want to see what happens! Come and join the fun! We will conclude with a directed draw of Wolfie the Bunny.

Description
Class Experience
Learners will begin by sharing their favorite stuffy with one another. During the read aloud, we will discuss author, illustrator, story elements, make predictions, share our connections with the Wolfie the Bunny and Dot, and learn to to use our hand for a five finger re-telling of the story and share it. We will conclude with a directed draw of Wolfie the Bunny, color our drawing and share our masterpieces with one another. We will wrap up by reviewing the five finger re-telling together...
Learners will learn/review: author, illustrator, setting, characters, problem, events, solution, make predictions, share connections, re-telling using five finger, participate in a directed draw of Wolfie the Bunny.
I have recently retired after teaching for 35.5 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, Masters Degree in Elementary Education and 15 additional hours in the same area.
Learners will need to bring their favorite stuffy, an 8 1/2 X 11 piece of white paper, and a box of crayons.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
