Story yoga is working through yoga poses while engaging with books and literacy skills. This class involves movement, fun, adventure and great books.
Class experience
Yoga is so good for the body! It creates calm, strength and focus. It helps developing muscles grow appropriately and increases body awareness in the young minds. I am a certified early ed and special educator. I have so much experience and know your child will love this class! Please note that each class has a lesson. I have been a Special Education Preschool teacher and a Kindergarten Teacher. I am a certified Mindfulness Preschool Teacher. I am studying currently to retrieve my Yoga 200 RYT License. I have worked with several students with physical disabilities.
