In this Ongoing class, your child will be read a storybook about being kind, peaceful or mindful. The story will be different each week. After the story, I will demonstrate yoga postures that go along with the book and invite your child to participate by following along with the poses and their peers. Then he/she will be lead through a short seated or laying (their preference) guided meditation. Afterward, children will have time to discuss the class, ask questions and interact with peers....

You understand that yoga includes physical movement and, as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. By participating, you acknowledge that your child is fit to do so. If they experience any pain or discomfort, they agree to listen to their body, and discontinue the activity. You assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may occur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
