Class Experience

Join Mrs. Erin for a story! This class is all about having fun and enjoying a good book or possibly two! Listen to Mrs. Erin read the stories in an animated way, using silly voices, dramatic intonation... and even bringing the children in to talk about what could happen or to share their thoughts on the story! 
In each class we will read a different picture book. Depending on the season or upcoming holidays, the book could be loosely related to that particular time of the year.

This class is taught in English.

To sit and listen to a book. 
To guess or come to a conclusion about what will happen in the story.
To be able to retell part or all of the story. 
To draw a picture for the teacher describing their favorite part of the story.

I teach an in-person preschool story time class with our local homeschool coop. I also teach international students English without using their native languages. I am very animated with my voice, face and hands.

Students are MORE than welcome to send me a beautiful drawing after class describing their favorite part of the story in the classroom portal.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
