Each week will be a different story from a picture book. They will be fun, quirky, and age-appropriate. Stories help children develop a love for reading. It opens their imaginations and mind to new possibilities. Reading a story to a child is also a great way to show the child you care and to bond with them. The goal is to have fun, enjoy a cool story time before going to sleep. And as the child grows, they too will develop a love for reading.
As someone who's worked with pre-ks and kindergarteners, I love reading to children and seeing the joy in their faces.
Have a computer, internet access. Camera on is preferred.
Parents are encouraged to be in the room with their child if they need help focusing. However, parents may not be visible on screen/camera during the readings.
Books will be available for purchase, if the parents chooses to do so.
