Description

Class Experience

We will start off with our story time! This will take about 5 minutes. We will then do a warm-up and stretch our bodies for about 5 minutes. We will learn a routine that deals with the jungle, about 15 minutes total. 

*Duration of warm-up, choreography, game may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. 
*All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme.

The goals for the children are to exercise their body and mind with learning some fun choreography and learn basic signing to the animals discussed in the story!

Reading is so important and exercise is so important so that is why I created this class! I have been teaching for 19 years in several styles of dance for all ages. I have danced professionally including Walt Disney World, The Orlando Magic (NBA) Dance Team, Carnival Cruise Lines and more. I have directed many dance teams and have judged at competitions and professional dance and cheer team auditions. My passion is to help others be their best! I am passionate, caring and fun and look forward to meeting your child!

No homework is assigned. Reading or listening to reading is encouraged! Exercising is also encouraged!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Throughout the class students will be encouraged and receive feedback.

25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
