Description

Class Experience

Every class will be an adventure!  Students will be engaged with the story line by repeating fun phrases, making sounds, and participating in creative movement. We will develop listening skills and explore how our bodies move. Come weekly to interact with friends and hear a new story. 

We will identify parts of a story such as characters, setting, and theme. Like each story, our dance will have a beginning, middle and end.  Here are some of the topics we may explore during our classes:...

Students will enjoy listening to a story, participating in the story line and learning related movements. Kids will learn several components of a story including: beginning, middle, end, characters, setting, and main idea.

There is not any homework for this class.

A safe area for moving is all that is needed for this class. Children can choose to sit in a chair and participate, too.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
