This class will focus on story telling abilities of the student. We will be reviewing the key elements that are part of any good story and then putting them to practice. My preferred method of teaching is how I will format this class. My class will be structured with a short 15 minute lecture style on the elements of story telling and the key elements in any story. Following those 15 minutes we will share stories and discuss what we saw from each story. Each student should come prepared with a story whether fictional or real that they are comfortable sharing.
Learning Goals
Students will learn the basics of story telling.

3) The purpose of my classes are to gain an understanding of change and growth while maintaining a respect for the past. With this I will also focus on personal confidence and growth.
4) I am Dyslexic so school was always difficult for me and that is why I decided to focus on education. I had to learn on my own most of my way through school so I am excited to help students learn through this format.
