The primary learning goals of this course are to empower book club members to become more engaged and critical readers, while fostering a deep appreciation for reading as a source of joy and pleasure.
With 11 years of certified teaching experience, I've taught in the classroom for nine years and served as an elementary librarian for two. I’m a children’s book writer and a proud member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. Beyond my professional journey, I'm a dedicated book enthusiast, always found with a book in hand and regularly engaging in book discussions with friends and family.
