In this online course, student will learn about the 5 parts in story retelling and reading comprehension.

Story retelling is an ELA / English topic and basic skill required toward reading. The lesson will have a mixture of hands on activities, reviews from power point and 2 videos on the topic. Students will learn the parts of the story to help improve their story retelling and comprehension skills. Students will improve reading comprehension and story retelling by identifying the parts of the story.
Ms. Kristen is a graduate from Lander Special Education Program and 10 plus years in education for K - 12 grade levels. Ms. Kristen teaches both special education and mainstream students in all grade levels.
Homework Offered
Students can use their hand tool to help read a story for 20 minutes daily. This habit will help improve reading comprehension skill.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
