In this class, we will study the folklore, mythology, and legends of Japan and gain all the benefits of travel from the comfort of our own homes. Students in this class will learn about history and culture through the lens of popular myths and legends. It is not necessary to have it assembled prior to class time, as this is just for fun. You can add your new stamp to your passport, and sign up for another "Story Explorer" class to collect more!
Since we will be discussing topics like mythology and folklore, there is mention of war, violence, and death. Some of the creatures and monsters may be frightening but are no more creepy than the average Disney villain. Learners will be reminded that these stories are made-up and serve as entertainment.
