In this class, we will study the history and mythology of Greece and gain all the benefits of travel from the comfort of our own homes. Students in this class will learn facts about history and culture through the lens of popular myths and legends. Students will come away from this class with an understanding of how stories shape and are shaped by people and cultures and gain a genuine excitement for storytelling.

It is not necessary to have it assembled prior to class time, as this is just for fun. You can add your new stamp to your passport, and sign up for another "Story Explorer" class to collect more!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Since we will be discussing topics like history, mythology, and folklore, there is the occasional mention of war, violence, and death. To understand Greek mythology, we will learn about how the ancient Greeks believed in many gods and goddesses. To understand the time period in which these stories take place, we will cover the difference between the years BCE/CE (also known as BC/AD).
