Story and Coloring Club!
In this ongoing session, students will color while making new friends, listening to an engaging read aloud, and discussing a variety of fun topics! We will end our session with a scavenger hunt and dance party!

Students will enjoy coloring with their peers while discussing topics that focus on positivity! There are so many benefits to coloring! Here are just a few: 1. Improves Motor Skills 2. Is Therapy and Stress Relief Agenda 1) Greetings and Introductions 2) Riddle/Joke of the Day! 3) Color while listening to a read aloud that focuses on positive topics 4) Coloring while engaging in discussions that are centered around a variety of topics in an authentic manner! 5) Scavenger Hunt! 6) Dance Party! Weekly Topics and Stories! ~Confidence/What if by Samantha Berger (week of 3/4) ~Be Kind/Be Kind by Pat Zietlow Miller (week of 3/11) ~Giving/ Thank you Omu by Oge Mora (week of 3/18) ~Honesty/ Because by Mo Willems (week of 3/25) Students will be able to ask each other questions and share ideas with their peers. It is important that we allow our children to focus on topics that will help them feel better about themselves and this thing called life!
