Winnie the Pooh Story Time! Learning Virtues Such as Kindness & Understanding.
Class experience
One of the easiest and best ways to learn is through a story. We learn to relate to characters and see different points of view in a light non judgmental way! In this fun class, we'll discuss 16-19 different virtues and look at how we live each of those virtues. virtues such as manners, sharing, listening, giving your all, or forgiving are a few we'll explore through story and discussion. Young children can have a different perception about the way things should be done and what is fair...
Students will learn values and the importance of virtues in their lives.
My many years as a preschool teacher/owner, school teacher, specialty needs aide and practitioner in private practice helping clients to explore their emotional health to heal, allows me to be confident in my ability to guide students through learning things that can, in turn, help them be balanced emotionally through all their learning experiences through life.
Homework Offered
As parents/caregivers, ask about what we discussed, about what they learned. Ask if they'd like to share their drawings, and help support their growth in the virtue they learned that class.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

If you'd like to take the class each week you might think about purchasing a special, blank notebook of paper and crayons, markers or colored pencils to draw a picture of the virtues we'll learn about each gathering time. Just plain paper would be appropriate also with a binder to keep them in as reminders of what we've learned. This book may be a cherished memory in years to come! I'll also send a Winnie the Pooh color page from time to time as I find a specific one fitting with our virtue of the week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
As Parents/caregivers, you can help support continued learning and growing in the virtues we discuss.
