Class Experience
La Chenille Qui Fait des Trous (The Very Hungry Caterpillar)
I am offering this particular class because it is enjoyable to learn through stories. I am a good teacher for this class because I have 23 years experience as a French teacher as well as a doctorate in education administration. I have a current teaching certificate, have lived in France, and have attended a French University. My personal experience is full of reading stories to engage students, children and grandchildren.
There is no assigned homework.
I have a copy of the book that will be shown during the class as well as other teaching materials. (The book can be purchased at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/2871421366/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is only informal assessment through ongoing comprehension checks allowing for correction as needed.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
