As a follow up to Stop Motion Animation for Beginners, students will dive deeper into stop motion animation. The course will focus on using LEGOs to learn how to: - Make a Minifigure walk/run - Make an object or Minifigure fly - Principles of animation such as timing and spacing, easing, and overlapping action - Other advanced stop motion techniques Learners will also learn some movie and animation vocabulary and "lingo" Plus more lighting and audio tips and tricks! Learners are expected to have the Stop Motion Studio app (Pro is preferred and encouraged) downloaded on their device. Supply List
No materials will be provided. However, the Stop Motion Studio app MUST be downloaded prior to class. For approx $4.99 you may upgrade to Stop Motion Studio Pro for additional features. The pro version is STRONGLY suggested. Many of the features discussed in the class will only be available for those with the pro version. Other supplies suggested: - Stand for your device - Green screen - Legos, Clay, Stikbots, Action Figures or anything else you'd like to use to animate
