In this comprehensive 9-lesson semester course, students will dive into the exciting world of investing and financial literacy through a virtual stock market simulation. With an initial $100,000 in virtual cash, students will research real companies, track portfolio performance, and explore key concepts like diversification, risk tolerance, stock analysis, and economic trends. By the end of this course, students will have a well-rounded understanding of the stock market and essential investment strategies, preparing them for future financial decisions.
