I am licensed and certified educator in Business Technology & Business Education, Special Education Instructional Specialist, Family & Consumer Sciences, and a graduate of the Career and Technical Education Leadership Academy and ESL Instructor and certifications in TEFL/TESL/TESOL. .  I am also an entrepreneur, small business owner, W!SE Financial Literacy Instructor, Serv-Safe Instructor, and I hold a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Health Management.   I am an advocate of Career and Technical Education (CTE), life skill classes that are designed to provide students the knowledge and skills necessary for everyday living.

As a state licensed Business Education Instructor and attendee of the New York Stock Exchange Teacher Education Program, I am excited to share my knowledge of how the stock market works for beginners.  I spent a week with extensive interaction on the NYSE trading floor.  My stock market game past participants earned 1st place in the state stock market game simulations with the highest percentage of profits competing against over 1200 teams.

Grading options in this course include traditional letter grades (A, B, C, etc.), pass/fail, or a combination of both, depending on the learner's preference. Grades will be provided by default for all learners, but upon request, alternative assessment methods can be explored. Grades serve as a measure of understanding and proficiency in the course material, reflecting each student's mastery of investment concepts, analytical skills, and application of strategies. Additionally, grades play a pivotal role in assessing progress, guiding further learning, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
