Due to a high volume of requests, I am back with a second edition of my 8 week Mega Pokémon drawing class! Just like before, this is a multi-day, Pokémon themed, step by step, drawing class. Each week throughout our hour and 20 minute class time, I will guide and teach each student how to draw the Mega Evolutions of various Pokémon. Everyone will start with basic shapes and lines and then slowly, after we go through each step, our drawings will transform into a fully formed Pokémon! Compared to my one day Pokémon classes (1-4), this class will go into a much more advanced drawing style. We will use a lot of new skills that have not been done in the single day classes, including new types of guide lines and shapes. Because of this, Mega Pokémon class is a lot more challenging than my single day Pokémon classes. I do recommend taking them first if you are a beginner drawer. After our drawings are completed, I will provide each student with a color guide, so if desired, they can complete their drawings with color. Colored pencils, markers, paints or crayons are all acceptable coloring tools. I will post both color guides to the virtual class room when class is over, this way if students want to take their time perfecting their drawings during class, and do not finish the coloring, they will have those available as a reference in the virtual classroom after I end the class meeting. The following is the list of the Pokémon we draw each week: 1 - Mega Houndoom and Mega Absol 2 - Mega Mawile and Mega Gardevoir 3 - Mega Scizor and Mega Blaziken 4 - Mega Tyranitar and Mega Aeridactyl 5 - Mega Ampharos and Mega Banette 6 - Mega Metagross and Mega Swampert 7 - Mega Blastoise and Mega Venusaur 8 - Mega Sceptile and Mega Beedrill
Learning Goals
It’s my hope that after each class my students will gain more confidence in their drawing abilities as well as, self expression, creative thinking, and basic color theory. Along with that, each student will walk away knowing how to draw their favorite Pokémon.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have taken many online, and in-classroom drawing, painting, and art theory classes. I have 7 younger siblings, and also have a lot of nanny experience. The kids I care for, my siblings included, have all enjoyed, and benefited from my knowledge of drawing, painting, and art. Having been around children my entire life, I have the patience and positive demeanor necessary to teach young students to draw, step by step, with a smile. It is a good way for kids to hone in on their artistic and creative potential, while defining their individual aesthetic.
