We will discuss the three states of matter: solid, liquid, gas as well as what matter, mass and volume are. Additional discussion of melting, freezing, evaporation and condensation. We will have a hands on experiment: self inflating balloon Information will be presented through discussion and slides. Students will discuss and experiment with the three states of matter as well as vocabulary: matter, mass, volume, melting, freezing, evaporation and condensation.
I served the Director of Ancillary Services tasked with planning and executing summer and winter camps at a PK-12 school. I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA, a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses and have served as a college counselor for almost 5 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process. I have taught middle school-math, reading and experimental science, have been an academic administrator in a Pre-K 12 school and was a founding director of a Learning Center.
