Description
Class Experience
The goal of this class is to reinforce visual blocked-based code as well as to learn problem-solving skills and communication with a team.
Required: - mBot or mBot Ranger Link to mBot:
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
3 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class, we will use a programming language called Scratch. This program will allow students to learn the principles of programming through visual blocks. This program was developed by MIT and it is free to download and use for educational purposes. No account creation is required to use this program, although optional, if a scratch account is created, the student can save their code and open it through multiple devices.
