STEM Lego Club: Math Concept Review & Build Challenges
In this ongoing enrichment class, students will explore math concepts using building bricks, participate in a STEM build challenge, and conclude each session by sharing their creations.

US Grade 4 - 7
Beginner Level
In this ongoing enrichment club, students will engage in hands-on review of math concepts using Legos. Concepts covered may include multiplication, division, measurement, fractions, decimals, or other topics of interest in mathematics. Following the concept review, students will receive a prompt to create a STEM-themed project using their own Legos or building blocks. At the end of each session, students will share their creations with the group. For instance, they might be asked to design...
- The student will apply kinesthetic and visual learning techniques using Legos to strengthen mathematics skills and tackle STEM challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Twenty years experience teaching mathematics, including high school mathematics courses and one-on-one tutoring of mathematics.
This class requires students to have a variety of LEGO bricks or other building blocks for creative construction activities.
