Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about the Engineering Design Process. Students will be able to apply their understanding of the Engineering Design Process to complete their design. Students will learn about people in different careers.
I hold a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in STEAM education. I am a licensed teacher. I am licensed to teach children from birth through grade 6.
Students will be encouraged to continue outside of the classroom to complete their projects. They can test and troubleshoot outside of class and share their completed designs with the group the next day except for the last class
A handout will be provided. Save cardboard preference to cereal boxes or other food boxes; they are easier to cut with scissors.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
3 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
