It is common for students play Kahoot! but Kahoot! can also be used as a project outcome. Students become overwhelmed by not only finding the resources, material, and time to complete the project with their busy school schedule but also on how to create something fun for their class. This class will eliminate the stress that comes with not knowing what to do or learning things in a short period of time. Prepare your student today for whatās to come in the future The course will explore the power of a well-made Kahoot! game. During this class students will learn how to format and arrange questions, include images, upload videos add music, and answers During this course, students will get the opportunity to create the beginnings of a wonderful presentation that is sure to wow their peers and teachers. The course will: Introduce Kahoot! Selecting Themes and Templates Adding text Adding Images Importing Video Rearranging Slide order This class will surely be the benefit and beginner of me intermediate learner.

Supply List
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses Google Slides. Students should use a laptop or Chromebook for this class. Kahoot! can be done from an iPad or tablet but it works best to create Kahoot! games quickly on a laptop, PC, or Chromebook.

I'm Ms. Shiren!
I am an International IB Teacher. Our family has worldschooled for over 8 years. Along my journey, I have created Colossal Academy, a farming micro-school. I enjoy watching the learning process for students age 9-14. Adolescence is such a delicate part of life when young people cement themselves into who they will become. It is critical to have sensitive teachers that offer rigor as well as loving guidance.
In the classroom, I am engaged with students and build a connection through the screen. Through the interdisciplinary approach, students engage in materials, ask big questions, develop speaking, and collaboration strategies.
I am fluent in Portuguese (European Continential), Spanish and my native tongue is English.
