In this 4 week multi-day class, students will complete 4 different exciting and engaging STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) challenges using simple materials found at home.

Class experience

US Grade 2 - 4
Students will improve their critical thinking and logical reasoning skills. They will learn to be more persistent and creative. They will have fun completing exciting challenges.
I am a certified elementary school teacher. I taught science in a live classroom for 5 years and I've been teaching science on Outschool for 3 years.
If you are ever missing any of the materials, just let me know! There are always alternatives, or you can simply watch the activities and still enjoy the class!

Week 1: How Strong is Spaghetti?
Uncooked spaghetti or any straight, long noodles
2 thin pieces of styrofoam OR play dough/clay
Books or blocks to test your structure!
