Description

Class Experience

Students will learn about:
1. Programming & Coding
2. Arduino microcontroller
3. Motors (robotic motion)
4. Motion & proximity sensor  
I am an electronic test system design engineer with 15 years working experience as a STEM professional. I really enjoy teaching STEM and passing on the passion of STEM to the next generation.
 4 files available upon enrollment
Students will need the items on the attached file for class. Most items are easy to find on Amazon. The attached file provides links and descriptions for each resource, don't hesitate to ask me any questions about resources.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Parents, you will need to get the resources included on the class resource list for your student to participate. Many of the resources can be found on Amazon. We will be using the online tool TinkerCAD to write the Arduino programs for each class. Once your student has enrolled you will receive the link to our online classroom on TinkerCAD.
Parents, students that still want to participate in the class can do so without any hands-on devices if they want  by doing the same activities virtually using the TinkerCAD online tool. You will need to setup a FREE account so they can follow along
